Languages specially in a country that has a multicultural communities, we would find people who are bilingual or those can speak more than two forign languages.

      People from diverse cultures bring language new ways of thinking creative solutions to difficult problems and negotiating skills as well as the country will be attracted to tourists because of the varity of food of different culture and respecting it.

The University of Melbourne has a policy that support having students and the staff from different race, religion, culture, gender and even educational background and provide the right environment to encourage them to express their views and interest also to learn and explore more about diversity of culture.
